TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GUEST REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN
Check-in Requirements
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in and are required to present a valid
government-issued photo ID. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian at check-in and throughout their stay.
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
For late check-out requests, guests must contact the Front Desk by 10:00 AM on the day of
departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs a fee of 50% of the room rate
for check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Early Check-in / Pre-registration
Early check-in may be granted based on room availability and may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₱2,500.00 in cash, or its equivalent if charged to a
credit/debit card, is required upon check-in. This will cover any incidental charges or
damage.
Guest Registration
All guests must register with their full name, address, contact number, email, and signature.
The names of all occupants must be declared. Guest data will be handled in accordance with
the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
CANCELLATION POLICY (INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP BOOKINGS)
Standard Policy
All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Medical-Related Exceptions
In the event of serious illness or medical emergencies involving the guest or an immediate
family member (spouse, parent, or child), the following options are available upon
submission of valid medical documentation:

    • If requested at least 7 days before arrival:
      An 80% refund will be granted. A 20% administrative fee will be retained.

    • If requested less than 7 days before arrival:

The booking becomes non-refundable but may be rebooked once within 60 days of the
original stay, subject to availability and rate differences.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date. All approvals are
subject to Hotel Management discretion.
Force Majeure / Unused Services
The hotel will not be held liable for unused services or disruptions caused by natural
calamities, transportation cancellations, bad weather, or national events.
Guests may rebook their stay within 60 days, subject to availability and any applicable rate
changes. The new stay date must fall within 6 months of the same year or within the first 3
months of the following year. Rebooking is transferable with written authorization.
RESERVATIONS, RATES & PAYMENT
Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Full Payment required
Rates
All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may be subject to taxes and change
without prior notice. Website and promotional rates may vary and are at the discretion of
the hotel.
Payment Methods
The hotel accepts cash, Gcash and accredited credit/debit cards. Cardholders must be
present to sign the charge slip. Checks and foreign currencies are not accepted.
GUEST POLICIES
Alcohol & Outside Food
Alcoholic beverages are only served to guests 18 years and older and may only be
consumed in designated areas.
Quiet Hours
From 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Guests are expected to keep noise levels respectful. No running
or congregating in hallways.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Right to Refuse Service
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who:

    • Refuses to pay or fails to settle dues.

    • Is under the influence and disturbs other guests.

    • Attempts to use the property for illegal purposes.

    • Damages property or threatens guests or staff.

    • Brings prohibited items (e.g., firearms, explosives).

    • Violates hotel policies or exceeds room occupancy.
      No refunds will be issued in such cases.
      DAMAGE POLICIES
      Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or theft caused to the hotel property. The Hotel
      may:

    • Forfeit the security deposit, and/or

    • Charge the registered credit/debit card for replacement cost plus a 30% surcharge.
      Charges may be applied even after check-out if damage is discovered.
      LOST & FOUND
      Lost Items
      The hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, or stolen personal items.
      Found Items
      Found items will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be discarded after the holding
      period. Perishables, undergarments, and toiletries will be discarded immediately.
      Return Requests
      Items can be shipped upon request. Guest will shoulder packaging and postage costs. The
      hotel is not liable for loss or damage during shipping.
      ON-SITE SERVICES
      WiFi Access
      Free WiFi is available for registered guests. The access code may change without notice. The
      hotel assumes no liability for guest use.
      ROOM POLICIES
      Do Not Disturb & Room Access
      “Do Not Disturb” signs will be honored up to 24 hours. After that, housekeeping may enter
      for safety, maintenance, or policy enforcement. Management reserves the right to enter in
      cases of emergency or suspected policy violations.
      Prohibited Items
      The following are strictly not allowed:

    • Candles, incense, or essential oils (₱10,000 fine)

    • Cooking or heating appliances (₱10,000 fine)

    • Fireworks or open flames
      Housekeeping & Room Inspection

Housekeeping is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Smoking or prohibited items may
result in a ₱10,000 fine.
Linen Changes
For multi-night stays, bed linens are changed every other day.
Maximum Occupancy
Exceeding room capacity will result in a charge equal to the rate of one (1) additional room
of the same type.
Smoking
Smoking/vaping is only permitted in designated areas. A fine of ₱5,000 applies for
violations.
No In-Room Parties
Parties are not allowed. Non-registered visitors must leave by 11:00 PM. If found after this
time, the stay will be considered a party, and guest may be evicted or charged based on
over-occupancy.
Room Keycards
Lost or unreturned keycards will incur a charge of ₱500.00 per card, deductible from the
security deposit.
Towels & Linens
Room towels are not to be used at the beach. A ₱1,000 fine will apply.
SAFETY POLICIES
Firearms and Weapons
Firearms are not allowed on hotel premises, except for on-duty law enforcement and
military personnel.
Fire Safety
All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and evacuation maps. Guests are expected to
comply with all safety instructions.
GENERAL TERMS
The Hotel strives to provide accurate and updated information on its website. However, it
does not warrant that all information is free from error. The Hotel reserves the right to
modify policies, rates, and terms without prior notice. All guest information is processed in
compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
